'This is a circuit I\'ve started doing in order to change up my workout and also to get my bags off the hangers so hopefully they even out. These are my intervals: Warmup: 3 x 2-minute rounds. Do each exercise for 1 minute, moving directly into the next. Do all 5 exercises for a minute each and then take a 1 minute break. The idea is that this kinda represents a fight and these exercises lend themselves well to this pattern. You can also change the order each round. Another option for intervals is 5 rounds of 5 exercises, 40 seconds work period, 20 seconds rest between exercises. Do not take a minute break after all 5. Total Time: 25 minutes. I do this sort of interval training most often. Being explosive is not part of my game so I opt for the longer times and kind of plod through it. If you are a younger and faster change it to 30 second work, 15 second rest and up the rounds if you can. Give maximum output.
